The Self Love Elixir - Made with Jasmine (promotes love, connection to sensuality), Grapefruit (clears negative mental chatter), and Lime (cleanses, purifies, energizes). This is a great pick me up roller for those days when you aren't feeling yourself or when you want to reclaim your self-worth or sensuality and give a little extra love to yourself. Place on your wrists, behind your ears, or even on your décolletage for some extra loving OOMPH to your day.
The Anxiety Relief Elixir - Made with Lavender (helps to lift depression and ease stress/anxiety) and Bergamot (relieves stress, grief and enhances joy and strength). For those days when stress and anxiety are high, this soothing and calming scent can help ground and stabilize you. I recommend placing some on wrists and temples and breathing deeply for 3-5 minutes.
The Protection Elixir - Made with Lime (fights fatigue, energizes) and Coconut (associated with the moon, water, and used for protection and purification). This oil can be used anytime you feel like there is stagnant or negative energy around you. You can also put this oil on your pulse points and third eye prior to an event/situation in which you want to ensure your energy is protected.
